In this modern world to compete with the first world countries we need to be habituated ourselves with the use of technological equipments. So opening such a department (CSE) was a notable decision. The department of Computer Science and Engineering is therefore aware of proving quality education. The department provides an excellent and bright young brand of teachers who are deeply committed to the university to bring out best graduates in academic disciplines and is contributing to the perfect development the backbone of ICT of nation. Our graduates are in forth in serving the nation with reputation. Currently we are providing B.Sc. (Engg.) and MS degree. However we dream to commence PhD program as well.

Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University was established by the Government of Bangladesh on 01 March 2005. The academic program of this university started on 03 June 2007 with four departments under two Faculties. The department of Computer Science and Engineering is one of them. The development of the present state of the society greatly depends on technological improvement.
